Who goes first in Podkidnoy Durak?
In any variant of Durak, the right to the first move belongs to the player who has the lowest trump card. If a player successfully beats all cards, those cards go to the discard pile (placed in a separate pile face down);
After the discard, all players draw cards in turn from the attacker to have 6 cards each again;

When four players participate, a 2 versus 2 game is possible, where players sitting opposite each other are partners and do not play against each other.

You cannot attack with more cards than the defender has (if the defender has three cards, one card was added to them and they decided to take it, then only two more cards can be added);
You cannot add more than five cards, even if the player has more cards in hand, so the maximum number for defense is six;
If a player has successfully defended with all their cards and there are no cards left in the deck, that player is eliminated from the game, and their partner will defend against the attacks of both opponents alternately until only one player or opposing team with cards remains. That team will be considered the "duraks," i.e., the losers.
